Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy – LooknWow

At LooknWow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, reliable, and enjoyable. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you through our simple and transparent policy.

1. Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition and packaging
- With all original tags, labels, and accessories intact
Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team after approval of your request.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).

Note: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons:

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, grooming products)
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
Customized or made-to-order items
Gift cards or vouchers

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, the process will follow these steps:

Our team will inspect the item for eligibility.
You will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refund timelines:
- 5-7 business days for most payment methods.
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow a few extra days for your bank to reflect the amount.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following scenarios:

The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send us:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
Email us at contact@looknwow.com with your order number and issue details.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or offer a suitable alternative as per availability.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and in such cases, cancellation may not be possible.
Prepaid orders canceled within the 12-hour window will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

6. Important Notes

Any product returned without prior communication will not be accepted or refunded.
In case of any dispute, the decision of LooknWow will be considered final.
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if it does not comply with our policy terms.
